First impressions are everything — The Launch package lets your business truly make an entrance from the beginning, with a clear identity and a considered approach to marketing. Think of us as your party planners, organising everything you need to celebrate your launch.
We work on your visual identity and your brand message side-by-side, delivering a service that ensures all of your key elements are aligned.
We’ll collaborate with you as either you start your brand journey or when you ready to rebrand, laying the foundations with considered design and a strategy that leads to success.
You'll walk away with our complete party package: it's everything you need to launch. We include a full brand identity and guide, a tailor-made website and a custom marketing strategy. Plus, we'll be with you every step of the way on the lead up to launch.

Our Process
We’ve carefully devised a three-month process, working collaboratively with you the whole way. During each step we’ll be there to support and guide you towards a smooth and successful launch.
Discover
We start with the most important step: you’ll join us on a half-day workshop to delve into your brand and customer. This gives us all the information we need to visualise and verbalise your brand story. Together, we’ll create your dream customer profile, map out your customer journey, and define your brand persona, tone of voice, and core message.
Create
When your brand identity is ready to go, it's time to create and develop your website, along with your copy, content strategy and marketing assets. We use your branding workshop to inform every step of the way, making sure that every customer touchpoint captures your unique brand message both visually and verbally.
Design
Every party needs a strong theme: using the exploration from our workshop, we’ll design all the elements you need to build your visual identity. That includes your primary logo, colour palette and a brand style guide, plus fonts, illustrations, backgrounds and — if you need it
— photography and packaging.
Launch
It’s time to get your party started! With all your key elements prepped and ready to go, we’ll develop your digital marketing plan so you can start to shout about your brand. That includes your growth and engagement strategy, content pillars and ideas, templates, guidelines and a complete plan for one month of social and email content. Let’s celebrate! 🥳

Olivia Tripp, Weekend:IN
Olivia is Founder and Creative Director of Weekend:IN, a marketing agency that helps brands grow online and connect with their audiences. Her inspiring campaigns and digital strategies have led her to work with some of the UK’s leading independent businesses. Before launching Weekend:IN in 2016, she worked with fashion brands in-house, so she is passionate about creating a strong connection between agencies and clients.
Niketa Tripp, Studio Iris
Niketa founded Studio Iris, a design studio specialising in branding identity and websites. For the last five years, Niketa has been successfully developing visual identities to launch creative brands across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry. Prior to launching her design business, she worked extensively in PR and marketing, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of both brand strategy and design.

How much does it cost? +
The Launch starts at £15,000 but our final package price will depend on exactly what your brand needs from us. The price includes everything you need to start your brand - Brand Discovery, visual identity, website design & build, customer journey, tone of voice & copy, marketing strategy, asset design, social content for a month, plus support from us for the three month project.
Is there a payment plan? +
We keep things super simple by dividing your payment into three installments. The first is due when you book, followed by a second payment halfway the project, and then the final fee is due two days before you launch.
How long is the process? +
Every package is unique, but three months is usually the perfect amount of time for us to really get to know your business and deliver the best launch for you.
Can I customise The Launch package? +
The Launch package is carefully designed to get you and your business where it needs to be, we never deliver less than what our core package promises. However, we know that each business is unique, so each package will reflect that too — if you need extras, like brand photography or product packaging, we’ll always be happy to add these on.
When can we start? +
Our availability varies throughout the year, but we tend to book projects anywhere between 1-3 months in advance. To get the date that works best for you, make sure you book with as much notice as possible!
What would you need from me and how involved am I in the process? +
The Launch package is a collaborative process between us and you, so we’ll need you to share as much information about your brand as possible. We’ll let you know what’s needed at each stage. For that reason, it’s really important that we can connect with you — please treat your Launch process with honesty, openness, and above all, enthusiasm! Think of us as your extended team, we’ll be there by your side for the whole launch process, so you can have our support and advice when you really need it.
Am I ready? +
We work with people who have a clear idea of their business idea and what they want to offer, they’ve typically already done their background research and know their product inside out. If you’ve ticked all the boxes so far, it sounds like you’re ready to start The Launch.
